I'm going to assume that the left two are arguing about who is the 'real' John Shepard.
I'm guessing the third one is making a comment about credits, probably either amazed at the others' wallet sizes or worried about getting cash or some sort of noobly thing...
John 117 is a play on the Spartan and I guess he's either flirting or asking something of the other girl that she doesn't care much for.
Too bad this isn't in Spanish; I can actually read Spanish.
Today I upload the english versions of my comics. I know, that my english is really terrible, but its better for other people to understand. ^^
